(Kocoivcd September 22 10.85 p.m ) LONDON, September %£ An unprecedented event has created a sensation in Alabama, the Grand Jury sanctioning the indictment of 26 whites at Huntaville for lynching and a number of lessor offences. They also recommend the impeachment of the Mayor, Sheriff, and Chief of Police, for not preventing the lynching.
