HOCKEY CLUB'S BALL.
To-morrow evening- the Hawera Htocaey Club's annual. ball will be held. Dancing folk will Have pleasant recollections of previous similar' functions) held under the auspices of tlhe Club ; as a matter of fact, the fixture has been 'generally admitted to be ono of the most enjoyable of the local dancing season. Visiting champions of tho stick will help to swell the attendance, which is likely to be very large. Good music, floor, and supper have been arranged for, and the decoration and general arrangements are in the hands of a committee wihich can he depended upon to have everything! up to the mark.
