At the Court to-day Percy Taylor was fined £10 or two months' imprisonment for playing poker dice on the Park Kacecourse, and F-ancjs Fitzpatrick was fined £'20 or two months' imprisonment for laying tote odds. .Edward Randall, with several aliases, was ar'-ested last night pn a charge of being concerned with breaking and entering the dngaonga Post Office and store, and stealing, goods to the value of £50. It is alleged accused stole a horse and cart, and drove the goods to the To Aute station, where he consigned them to' Napier.
