ANTARCTIC EXPLORATION.
Received 11, 10.53 p.m. LONDON, June 11. Sir Clements Markham, addressing the Royal Geographical Society, justified .the conduct of tbe Discovery Awaictic expedition, and declared the discoveries made were unsurpassed. He was confident th,e oountry would provide funds to curry to a successful conclusion the already glorious achievements.
