The Premier and Generals Petrovitoh (Minister for . War) and Paolovitob. and several other members of the Court have also fallen. FULLER PARTICULARS. NEW MINISTRY TO BE FORMED. THE CROWDS SPEAK IN WHISPER j OF THE TRAGEDY. | THEY ARE PLEASED. Received 12, 9.57 a.m. BELGRADE, June 11. ' Major Angouvitch headed the conspiracy, which was executed before midnight. Queen Draga's brother and sister, the Queen's aide-de-camp, and M. Lodorovitch, Minister of the Interior, were amongst the assassinated. M. Araikumovitch, the new Premier, has issued a proclamation announcing that the King and Queen were shot by friends of the Fatherland, who in that fateful moment had combined to form a' new Government. The invites the people to assist to maintain order and security, and also announces that the constitution of 1001 has been restored, and that the nation's representatives will be summoned on the 15th.

M. Kalievich will be Minister for Foreign Affairs in the new Government, and M. Protics Minister of tho Interior.

Crowds have been passiug. in the streets since three in the morning, whispering of the tragedy without uttering reproach. They cheered M. Protics and the spies. Received 12, 10.2 a.m.
