Clydesdale Willie is a beautiful jet black, standing 17 hands and of massive bone and substance. He is by Robert the Bruce, who besides other honors took first prize at Clutha, Mataura, Waikouaiti, and Palmerston South, also first and obampion at Invercargill and Hawera. Clydesdale Wilhe'B dam Blossom, by Sir William Wallace, is also a great prize winner, amongst others taking first and champion at Egmont Show. Clydesdale Willie took first prize as a yearling at both the Egmont and Taranaki Shows, and also as a 3-yoar-old at Egraont Show, and second at Taranaki to Glengyle a year later. Clydesdale Willie is just now in his prime, having been for tbree years on Mr Livingston's late estate, Tokaorn, and is well preservod. He will only serve a limited number of mares this season.
