Wellington, August 18. When Frauds Thomas Moore, who pleaded guilty to writing a letter threatening to kill or do grievous bodily harm to the Acting- Premier, came before the Supreme Court this morning for sentence, Judge Edwards drew attention to the faot that the plea was not endorsed on tbe information in the prescribed form. He declined to deal with the oase until tbe omission had been remedied by the Magistrate.
