His pockets were full of stones, and a large stone was tied to his neck. He leaves a wife and family living in Scotland. At the inquest, a Hi verdict was returned of suicide whilt temporarily insane. Waipawa, April 2. George Parkinson, aged 19, had his skull crushed between two logs while helping to unload them from a trolley at Manson's sawmill, Hampden, yesterday afternoon, and died half an hour after.
