DIVIDENDS. Totalisator dividends in the proportion of 75 per cent to the first and 25 per cent to the second horse will be paid in all races where five or more horses the property of different owners start. In the event of horses the property of one owner, and being coupled on the machine, running first and second, or dead heat for first plaoe. the dividend will be declared on the coupled horses, only. In the event of coupled horses finishing first find dead heat for Beoond place with another horse, the dividends will be) declared in the proportion of SO per cent to the coupled horses and 20 per cent to the other horse. Bookmakers, their olerks, or agents will not be , admitted to the racecourse or enclosure, and any person laying totalisator odds will be proseouted. i Note— The Post and Telegraph Office doses at 5 p.m. 4 The Seoretary will reoeive money for investment on the totalisator. » R.
