GERMAN POLICY.

Bbrlin, January 14. Count yon Bulow, speaking in the Prussian Diet, said the Fatherland was indivisible, and would uphold unity of the language as far as possible. The Polish agitation was fanatical and die. loyal. The Government would provide means to improve the condition of the German pesantry in the eastern provinces and promote industry. It was also intended to add to the garrison.
