A BRAHAM & WILLIAMS baye J\_ received instructions from Sir James Prendergast (who has determined to realise on the whole of his properties near Palmerston North), to sell by public auction as above, — 37 / 4-3 Acres, Fitzherbert, in close proximity to the Borough of Palmer&ton North, subdivided into 87 sections ranging in size from 45 to 208 acres, and comprising the very cream of the Fitzherbert distriot. 1844 Acres, Bunnj thorp, on the Palmerston - Wanganui railway line and within easy distance of Palmerston North, ' sub-divided into 41 original ' sections varying in size from 10 to 74 acres.
