Horses qualified to run at this meeting are thoie which have neither won nor are nominated at date of entry for a race of over £40— Hack and Hunter races excepted. 2. A Hunter means a horse whose owner can produce at the scales a certificate from the Master of any Hunt Olub that the horse has been ridden to hounds during the past season to the satisfaction of the Master, and has neither won nor is nominated at date of entry for a races of over £40— Hack and Hunter races exoepted. 3.
