WHITE STARS V. OPUNAKE.
The abave match ended in a win for jj White Stars by 7 to 6. Opunake won j the toss and played with the wind. In > the first spell Opunake scored 6, Humphries kicking a pretty goal and < Arthur Guy scoring a try. In the second spell the White Stars opened with a series of brilliant rushes and the game throughout was bard and fast. Oscar Symes converted a mark of Baxter's with a splendid kick and also scored a try. White Stars and Inglewood now play off for the junior championship of the province. Mr G. Syme, jun., was referee.
