The Dreyfus Case.
« Pbb Pbkss Association.— By Elbothic 1 v Tblhgbaph— CopraioHT. 1 Pabis, August 31. Colonel Henry, who figured prominently in the Dreyfus case, has been arrested. He has confessed that he was the author of the letter written in 1896 naming Dreyfus as the author of the famous " bordereaux." Reoeived September 1, 9.15 a.m. The press are staggered at Colonel Henry's confessions as to the author* ship of the letter, which was recently read by Cavaignao in the Chamber as proof of Dreyfus' guilt.
