He has confessed that he was the author of the letter written in 1896 naming Dreyfus as the author of the famous " bordereaux." Reoeived September 1, 9.15 a.m. The press are staggered at Colonel Henry's confessions as to the author* ship of the letter, which was recently read by Cavaignao in the Chamber as proof of Dreyfus' guilt.
