A hack is a horse that has never won an advertised race, is not nominated for any race at time of start, nor for six months previously thereto (hack and hur>ter races excepted). 1 2. The winner of any race after the ( declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 71bs, two or more such races 141bs. 3. No nominations or acceptances will be received unless accompanied by the necessary amount in cash. 4. Performances of horses must be sen in with nominations. 5. Colors of riders to be sent in with i acceptances on General Entry night. , 6. No entries will be received for any race except on condition that all claims, disputes, ! and objections arising out of the racing, shall be deoided by a majority of the stewards present, and their deoision shall be final. I 7. The Committee reserve the right to alter the date of appearance of weights and time of events should they see fit to do so. 8.
