Received Jan. 22nd, 12.50 a.m. Mr Chamberlain declares thai after speeches by Campbell-Banner-man and Asquith, the union of twc sections of the Unionist party may be regarded as completed. Mr Ohamberlain, speaking ai Liverpool, said he looked into the future, and thought it impossible that the time would be long delayed when many of the British colonies would emulate wealth and populations of greatest European nations. Sir H. Campbell-BannermaD states he is greatly satisfied with Mi Chamberlain's admission of the possibility of avoiding isolated action in the East.
