THe French Army.
(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) PARIS, December 28. The decision of the French Artny authorities to introduce the Cunet gun will probably compel Germany to improve her artillery at a cost of 200,000,000 marks (£10,000,000). General Billot proposes to add another battalion to L 45 infantry regiments.
