T.C.A. CHAMPIONSHIP FIXTURES
The following fixtures have been made : — 31st October and 7th November— Hawera v. Star, at Hawera, 9th November — Eltham v. Star, at Eltham. 14th November — Hawera v. Kaponga, at Kaponga. 21st November' — Hawera v. Eltham, at Hawera. 21st November — Star v. Kaponga. Dates may be altered by mutual agreement between clubs.
The Australian cricketers are expected to arrive at Auckland on Thursday, and play 18 of the Northern Association on Friday, Saturday, and Monday. It is expected that the Auckland team will be unusually strong, for the selection committee have such men to choose from as Ball, Clayton, Cofc'fcerill, Cuff, Gardiner, Ford, D. Hay, Hawkins. Holland, Kelly, Kalleudar, Labafct, Lawson, G. Mills, I. Mills, R. Neill, Pabst, Ohlson, Steiason, Williams, and Wynyard.
