WASHINGTON, July 4. A United States warship' seized a Canadian vessel sealing in the Behring Sea. There was a dramatic Bcene at the passing of the Tariff Bill. Senator Till solemnlvjoharged theDemoorata with being false to party pledges and to their country. In tbe Senate, Senator Sherman's amendment to the tariff for a 30 per cent duty on raw wool was defeated by 37 to 32. Wool, therefore, remains free, aod the tariff will come into operation on August 9. Tbe bill was read a third time by 39 to 34.
