LONDON, September 8. A state of anarchy prevails in Yorkshire. Crops have been destroyed, and publio houses on the highways were sacked. Troops are converging on the troubled centtes.

LONDON, September 9.

Another of those taking part in the miners' strike at Featberstone has buocumbed to bis injuries. The Belfast Congress passed a resolution expressing condolence with the families of the victims, and resolved tbat it wae the duty of the Government to provide honorable and profitable 'employment for unemployed.

The Daily News regrets that the Congreßs did not condemn the riots.
