TARANAKI RUGBY UNION.

A meeting of. the above Uniop was held on Tuesday evening. Present— Messrs G. T. Bayly iPcesident), 0. E. M»jo* (Hawera), 0. Hawkeo (Patea), B. Cameron (Clifton), W. Ycrang (Waimate). Stratford were represented bjr Mr Q. T. Bayly. The Aeting-Beferetary (Mr McGregor) and tbe Ueaaqrer (Mr White) were also present. •*

The first question dealt with was Waimate's protest againsl Hawera for playing Bobson in the late mateb. After considerable discussion it was decided that too match shoold.be played orer again, at Manaia. •' ■"*

The nextrtjueafion was Mr Bobson's transfer from Clifton to Hawera Club The Clifton delegate said Bobsoa bad not sent in hie resignation to the Clifton Clnb. After a long discussion, a resolution wsi pasted to (be effect that Mr Bobson ba not allowed to play for Sawer* in the next match versus Waimate.
