Dynamite Explosion in Dublin.

(SPECIAL.) LONDON, May 7. A dynamite bomb waß thrown into the railings at tha Dublin Law Courts to-day, which is the anniversary of the Phoenix Park murders. Windows were smashed by tbe explosion, but tbe bomb itself sank into the pavement. The theory of tbe police ia that it burst in mid-air. No arrests Inve been made. There is no clue to the perpetrators of the exploHion at the Dublin Law Courts.
