i LONDON, May 2. An animated debate took place in tbe House of Lords on the report of the Evicted, Tenants Commission, the tone of the discussion being condemnatory of the report. Lord Kimbeffey admitted that the Government intended to Bupport the bill which is to be introduced by Mr P. A. McHugb, member for Leitrim South, to give effect to the Commission's leport.
