WELLINGTON, March 28. v Aldridge, charged with the mirier of Jaoobsen at Pahiatua, was again, before the Magistrate's Court to-day. Sir Gully, on behalf of the Crown, applied for • further remand for a weeki/and {bit the oase should be heard ai -Pthiatua. Mr Jellicoe, for tbe prisoner, ofered no objection, but opposed the' change of venue, on the grounds of expense. Mr Gully not pressing the application, Mr Graham, R.M., remanded tbe accused until Thursday next, at Wellington.
