He went in the right Jirtttfon, but never reaohed Coutts', to Hhom Thomson bad a letter of introdaflUon. IWe may state that the relatives of the mining man offer a reward of £50 for hii neoveryi or for suoh definite information as will prove what hat befallen him. His deioription ib as. follows :— Age, 28 ; sft Bin high ; heavy reddish brown moastaohe (•emetimes wears a bejtrd); brown hair ' Mg btly grey) ; elightr wiry figure ; wore Jwi&PKß* wit ßnd Bmall brown rait hat ; ,lim*a a black Gladstone bag, with dark plaid rag strapped thereon ; alßo wore a < . ditkffrev overcoat when he left home.— Bd.l _
