Requisite amounts must; accompany all nominations and acceptances. , ■ ' RULES AND REGULATIONS Definition of a Haok.— A, haok ia a horse tbat has not won an advertised race (Hack and Hunter Races excepted), and is not at tbe time of start, and has not been during the Bix calendar months previous to tbe time of starting, nominated for any race (Hack and Hunter Races excepted).
