Clifton Handicap— Torpedo, Bst 131b, 1 ; Variety, 2; Bay King, 3. Six others started. A splendid race. Dividend, £6 18s.
Handicap Hurdles— Glenelg, list 111b, 1; Songster, 2; Hiamoe, 3. Dividend, £2 15s.
Hack Race— Eve, Bst 21b, 1 ; War Cry, 2 ; Potango, 3. Dividend, £10 10a.
Railway Handicap.— Rangipuhi, Bst 91b, 1 ; Musket, 7s 1 31b, 2 ; Paradox, 7st 71b, 8. Liberator (9st 41b), and Cordelia (7st 71b) also started. Won by half a length, Paradox a good third. Time, 2min 43 3-sth sec. Dividend, £3 Is. Stewards' Plate— Fleta, 9at 71b, 1 ; Bay King, lOst, 2 ; Scotsman, 9st, 3. Torpedo (list 71b) was Bcratohed. Won by half a length. Dividend, £3 ss.
Consolation — Cordelia, 7st 111b, 1 ; Bloomsbury, 6st 71b, 2 ; Musket, Bst, 3. Won by a head. Dividend, £6 Is. Time, lmin 53sec.
