IRISH AFFAIRS.

LONDON. January 1. The Irish National League of Great Britain have carried a resolution deploring the dynamite outrage in Dublin, and declaring that tbe anti-Home Rule Party is the only section not joining in detestation of tbe crime.
A parcel containing 21bs of blasting powder has been found in the basement of Rathmines Chapel, one of the largest edifices in Dublin. There was no fuse attaohed to it.
PARIS, January 1. Galignani's Messenger, an English daily newspaper published here, publishes what is reported to be the confession of one Murphy, a Dublin chemist, who claims to be the author of the recent dynamite outrage.
LONDON, January 2. A Parnellite and anti-Parnellite riot took place last night at Kilrush, County Clare. Several bouses were wrecked and anumber'of persons injured; and many arrests were effected.
Mr. Tim Healy, addressing a meeting at Newcastle, declared that tbe Irish people would refuse to accepf in the Home Rule Bill a clanse similar to that in Mr. Gladstone's Bill of 1886, providing for taxing Ireland in proportion to onefifteenth of Great Britain.
