Wednesday, November 30th, 1892. (Before Major Tnke, Esq., R.M.) (FROM OUS OWN CORRESPONDENT.) Police v. Mann.— Breach of the Dog Registration Act. No appearance of the defendant. Fined, 103 and costs 7e, and ordered to register the dog. Sloan v. Newman.— Claim, i!l3 133 4d for wages. Judgment was given for the amount claimed and costs 20s, and solicitor's fee £1 Is. Mr. Caplen appeared for the plaintiff.

Patterson v. Denzi.— Claim, JJ27 03 4d. Mr. Caplen for plaintiff; Mr. Barton for defendant. After hearing considerable evidence the case was adjourned. Patterson v. Hawera County Council. — Claim, £17 63 6d. Mr. Caplen for the plaintiff; Mr. Barton for defendant. This was a claim for iron work supplied for making a bridge at Maekay's creek. After hearing considerable evidence and argument by counsel, judgment waß reserved till Bth December.

Fowler v. McDowall.—Claim £G. No appearance of defendant. Judgment for amonuE and costs.

Tbe B.M. Court, Manaia, in future will sit on every fourth Thursday, instead o! every fourth Wednesday, as heretofore The next sitting will commence on Thurs day, January sth, 1893.
