Dreadful Snowstorm.

(PER PRESS A.BSOCIAIION.) NEW YORK, March 16. Scores ot trains containing over a thousand passengers have been blocked by snow drifts in the States. A number of passengers have been frozen to death in bedded cars. There has been great wreckage on the telegraph Jinee, and business is entirely suspended in many places.
