All Nominations, Weights, Acceptance and Entries will close at the Hon. Seer tary's Office at 9 p.m , unless otherwii specified in programme. No entry will be received for nny ra< except upon this condition — that all di putes, claims, and objections arising out < the racing shall be decided by a majorit of the Stewards present, or those whoi they may appoint. Their decision upo all points connected with the carrying or of this programme shall be final. All entries to be sealed and addresse to the Hon. Secretary, Hawern, entranc money enclosed, with name, age at time ( entry, pedigree, and, in the case of hand caps, performances of the horse, name c the owner, and colors of the rider.
