THE EASIEST POSSIBLE TERMS have been arranged, namely . — Purchasers will deposit one-tenth of the amount tendered at the time of tendering, and allow the balance to remain on mortgage at 6£ per cent, for any period up to ten years, retaining the right to pay off not less than one tenth on any quarter day when interest is payable. Tenants pay quarterly, but the two first quarters' rent , must be deposited with tender and the Vhird wiH not be required ror nine months. Tenders addressed to the undersigned will be received until 4 o'clock of MONDAY, 14th November, and must be on forms provided.
