It is announced that the Government will only take action to suppress the Irish National League h> places where its working terrorizes and interferes with the law. The proclamation requires the eanctiou of Parliament, and a debate on tbe subject is fixed tor Thursday next.

Mr. Chamberlain addressed a public meeting at Birmingham last evening.
