Every reader of the Stab who is entitled to do so should register his vote, and to assist him in doing so, we give a copy of the Registration Eorm, and directions for using it. DIRECTIONS. 1. See that said elector also signs at foot of the attestation. 4 Fill in the blanks left for day and date at the left hand bottom corner. 5.
