Mails usually despatched on that day will be made up at 8 a.m. Private boxes will remain open as usual. A delivery by the letter carrier will be made on Saturday night, the 18th, commeucing at 8 p.m., and the counter window will remain open to callers until 9 p.m. The Telegraph office will be open from 9 till 10 a.m., and from 7 till 8 p.m. On Tuesday, the 21st, and on Wednesday, the 22nd, the Post and Telegraph office will be open in all branches from 8 a.m. until noon of each day, and the Telegraph office only in the evening from 7 till 8 p.m. One complete delivery by the letter carrier will be made each day, commencing at 8 a.m.
