(BY TELEGRAPH.) (FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.) WAITARA, May 19. Shortly after the Gairloch sailed last night, signals of distress were seen, and the tug boat went out and towed the Gairloch back to port, she having broken her shaft at sea.
