The Hon Mr. Reynolds is credited with insisting on a reduction in the Legislative expenditure as'well as other branches of the public ".service. Major Campbell, Clerk of Parliaments, is to undertake the duties of examiner of private bills, left vacant by 'the death of Mr. Eustace Brandon. This will save £150 a-year.
