DUNEDIN, January 21. The Dunedin Postal Savings Bank returns show a reduction io the deposits during 1880 of 1'84,87G, while the withdrawals increased by .£23,933. There has been a substantial increase in. tbe issue of postal notes, but the department continues to feel the heavy loss of commission on consultations.
