WELLINGTON, December 14
The Property Tut payments, the first instafmenC of" whicli was due to-day, are coming in better than on any previous year, and it is estimated that £'30,000 was paid up to last night. Between to-day and the 18th inst. it is expected that the greater part of the tax will have been collected.
