Mr. Murray Ainsley said that a limitation iv the number of directors was approved at the last annual meeting, and the articles of the association did not permit local boards in the colony. A body found in the Clutha River near Tuapeka is declared by a jury to be that of Andrew Dalziel. An open verdict was relumed as there was no evidence as to bow he fell into the river..
