r (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) 3 DUNEDIN, July 31. 3 In giving decision in a case which arose r before the passing of the Married Women's s Property Act, 7>/r. Justice Williams held => that n wife having purchased furniture and i allowing it to go to the house which her s husband rented, and there mixed with 3 other furniture, his property, such furniture t became the husband's property, and was :1 liable to seizure. Under the present law • he said it would not follow that the same s inferences could be drawn from tho same s facts.
