ILLNESS OF MR. BRIGHT.
LONDON, April 5. The Right Hon. John Bright is suffering from slight congestion of the lungs. THE LATE DUKE OF ALBANY. LONDON, April 5. The body of the late Duke of Albany reached Portsmouth to-day. MELBOURNE, April C. To-day has been observed as a day of general mourning throughout the colony for the late duke. The majority of the citizens of Melbourne dressed in black. Flage were flown on all the public buildings at half-mast.
