AFFAIRS IN EGYPT.
- CAIRO, March 30. Telegrams from Souakim state that Goi'don Pasha made a sortie from Khartoum on sixteenth instant. He had a strong force of Egyptian troops, but they proved perfectly untrustworthy, and fled at the first charge of the Arab cavalry, two hundred being killed.
