PORT OF DUNEDIN.
DUNEDIN, February 28. At the Harbor Board meeting to-diiy, a letter was read from the Union S.S. Co., stating that owing to the board's efforts in deepening the channel to Dunedin, the company would soon be prepared to bring all their vessels up and make Dunedin the working port instead of Port Chalmers if sufficient wharf and other accommodation afforded. The board appointed a committee to report on the matter.
