DIVORCE.

WELLINGTON, August 10. At the Divorce Court rules absolute were granted in the cases of Mulholand v Mulholand and Mynard v. Mynard. The case of Glimo v. Climo was heard. The petition was from the wife who resided in Canterbuiy, for a dissolution of marriage on ground of husband's cruelty, a nd also adultery with one Mrs. Spargo His Honor said he was satisfied as to the adultery, but on one or two points of law reserved his judgment.
