ACTION FOR SEDUCTION.

AUCKLAND, Dec. 20.
A case of alleged seduction is set down for hearing at the civil sittings of the Supreme Court; damages, £500. The plaintiff, Adam McClusky, has alleged in his declaration that defendant, Edward K. Gilbert, seduced his daughter Fanny, who has given birth to a child. Defendant denies all allegations.
