"Mufti" (Class A, Stud Book) is by the premier stallion, Traduce); who has for the last three seasons Btood at 100 guineas a mare. Traducer's stock have everywhere performed creditably, and include such noted animals as Lurline, Calumny, Lc Loup, Betrayer, Trump Card, Fish-hook and others. Traducer's pedigree is a very brilliant one, as it includes all the most valued strains of the English stud for the last century. On the dam's side Mufti is also remarkably well connected, being out of Flat Iron by Peter Flat— Emma by Gil Bias— Emily hy Operator-— Flora Melvor by Rouse's Emigrant, &c. Peter Flat was one of the most successful performers that has left England, and possesses a splendid pedigree.
