LONDON, December 10.
Iv its issue this morning the Standaid announces that Earl Derby will eit in
Cabinet as Secretary for India, vice the Marquis of Hartington, who will take the portfolio of War, Mr. Childers, thepreseut Secretary of State for "War, assuming the Chancellorship of the Exchequer, about to be resigned by the Premier. The Times confirms the statement.
