ARABI'S TRIAL.
ALEXANDRIA, Nov. 22. It has transpired that the Egyptian Government has decided to leave the English Government to determine whether the evidence which has been taken by commission at Cairo criminates Arabi in he massacres which took place at Alexandria and other places, and in the burn* ing of Alexandria.
