ENGLAND AND TURKEY.
CONSTANTINOPLE, Nov. 16.
In spite of the assurance given by the English Government, the Porte has opened further parleying regarding the despatch of the Turkish Commission to Egypt, and has notified to the British Charge de Affaires at Constantinople, that it insists upon sending a commission.
